What Is Reiki

Reiki is a restorative healing session that works gently yet powerfully with both your physical and energetic bodies. It is a channeling of universal life force energy that supports balance, alignment, and your body's natural ability to heal itself. This modality is ancient and beautiful, and the energy always flows to where it is needed most.

Reiki helps release stuck energy held in the body including emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual blocks that disrupt the natural flow of energy. As this energy clears, your mind, body, and spirit return to balance, allowing you to feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned.

My approach is intuitive and integrative. I work with chakra energy centers, emotional patterns, thought pathways, meridians, organs, the nervous system, hormones, and your energetic field to support deep healing and restoration.

Before every session I channel intuitive guidance specifically for you. You arrive and simply receive.

Why Energy Healing?
